HOMESTEAD’S Recipes
1.Gazpacho:
Gazpacho is a Spanish chilled soup with ripe tomatoes and
other seasonal vegetables such as cucumber, bell pepper, celery and
fresh herbs like cilantro. Add Homestead’s Sante Fe Grande Hot Sauce to add a bold, spicy kick to a summertime classic!
Prep Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes
Servings: 8-10
INGREDIENTS:
• 6 ripe tomatoes, about 6 cups peeled & chopped
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
• 1 red or green bell pepper, chopped
• 2 ribs celery, chopped
• 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 cups of your favorite tomato juice
• 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• Freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (omit for vegan or vegetarian option)
• Season with salt and pepper to taste
• 6 or more dashes of Homestead’s Sante Fe Grande Hot Sauce to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend tomatoes, tomato juice, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and the optional Worcestershire
sauce using a standard blender or immersion blender.
2. Chop remaining vegetables & herbs to your desired level of chunkiness and add to the tomato
blend, stir.
3. Add lemon juice, salt & pepper to taste
4. Add 6 or more dashes of Homestead’s Sante Fe Grande Hot Sauce.
5. Chill in the fridge for 25-30 minutes before serving.

2. Oven Baked INFERNO Chicken Wings:
Chicken Wings are always a fan
favorite at ANY party, gathering or family dinner. Oven Baked Inferno Chicken
Wings are a healthier alternative to oil fried
wings, but don’t lack crispiness or flavor!
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes
Servings: 4-6 people
INGREDIENTS:
• 1 tray of fresh, raw, uncut chicken wings (usually 14-16 wings or 28-30 flats & drumsticks.)
• 1 tablespoon of onion powder
• 1-2 tablespoons paprika
• 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon oregano or Italian herbs
• 1/4 cup of Homestead’s INFERNO Hot Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Remove uncooked chicken wings from the packaging, wash thoroughly and pat dry.
3. Combine all dry seasonings in a bowl and mix together.
4. Arrange chicken wings in an oven safe baking pan then sprinkle all of the dry seasonings evenly over the wings. Place in oven for 40 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken wings from the oven. With a grill brush, brush the 1/4 cup of Homestead’s INFERNO Hot Sauce evenly over the wings.
6. Put the INFERNO Chicken Wings back in the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes, then remove from heat and plate for serving. Serve with a side of celery sticks, carrots, blue cheese and extra side INFERNO hot sauce.

3. Green Chili Pico de Gallo:
Nothing says summertime like a freshly made Pico de Gallo! This versatile topping can be used a variety of ways; use as a dip with your favorite tortilla chips, as a topping for tacos and burritos or mix it into your omelette for breakfast! The great thing about Pico de Gallo? Everybody loves it!

• 1/2 of a medium red onion, chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
• 1/2 a lime, juiced
• 6-10 dashes of Homestead’s Green Chili Hot Sauce
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed and minced
• Dash of garlic powder
• Dash of Cumin
• Salt & Pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Chop all of the fresh ingredients to a size of your liking, small cubes is best.
2. In a medium sized bowl, mix all ingredients together and shake or stir vigorously.
3. Test the Pico for levels of salt and spice, for extra spice and tangy flavor add additional dashes of Homestead’s Green Chili Hot Sauce.
